Buzzly.art is committed to complying with copyright and related laws and require all our website visitors and users to comply with these laws. 6 Fair Use

Buzzly welcomes all sorts of fan art and fan fiction, as it has a huge place in the artistic community. Members are expected to contact authors of original copyrighted content before using the original owner's work. Virtually anything referenced in fan art is copyrighted work and can result in copyright infringement. Fair use is tricky, which is why we recommend you talk to your lawyer to determine if your works fall under fair use.

If a copyright owner requests takedown of your uploaded works, respect their wishes and be respectful. Otherwise, Buzzly Staff may step in and remove your content.

6.1 - All submissions to be naturally covered by Fair Use are criticism, commentary, news reporting and content made for educational purposes, as long as the amount of content uploaded does not directly affect the potential market or value of the copyrighted work.

6.2 - Validity of fair use will depend on pre-existent legal criteria and legislation to define the status of fair use, having this in mind is important for the user to be aware of the possible consequences their uploaded content may cause them.

7 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Copyright terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Copyright terms or any of our rights and obligations at any time without consent.

8 Governing Laws

This Copyright Policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mexico, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, and the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
