1 Content Guidelines

1.1 - Submission Information

The site uses descriptions, tags and categories to improve relevance on Buzzly's search results. Misleading or inaccurate use of tags, keywords, descriptions and categories is not permitted.

Basically: You must tag, categorize and rate your submissions correctly.

1.2 - Avatars/Profile Header Images

When uploading a custom profile image/header for public use, you are required to follow our general content guidelines, terms of service and copyright policy. Profile images must comply with the general content rating.

Basically: Avatars and profile images must be safe to view for all ages.

1.3 - Profile Content Ratings

Profiles contain a rating similar to submissions that allows members to specify what type of content is displayed on them. The default rating for all profile content is GENERAL.

Basically: If your profile contains content rated above GENERAL, you must change your profile rating in settings.

1.4 - Content Without Rating Filters

User submitted content that is unable to be rated must follow our general content guidelines. This applies to blogs, comments, and all content that cannot be hidden by a rating system.

Basically: Comments, blogs, site tickets, and polls MUST follow our GENERAL content guidelines.

1.5 - Links to Other Websites

Links posted must not redirect to content against our site policies. +18 explicit content links must be behind an age filter or warning.

Basically: All links must comply with our policies. +18 links are allowed if the destination has an age warning.

1.6 - Fetish Content

We provide a tagging system for fetish-related content. Please follow these guidelines:

Content should focus on non-explicit and non-sexual depictions of fetishes
Ensure tags accurately represent the specific fetish-related content
Respect others' preferences and don't expose unwanted content
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

1.7 - Rating Content

All submissions must be rated appropriately. For more information on enforcement, read our Terms of Service. When submitting content, add appropriate ratings:

Blood Images that display bloodshed, bleeding, or graphic representations of blood.

Fetish Content containing fetish behaviour or activities (e.g., Feet, Vore, Inflation).

Gore Extreme violence, mutilation, or disfigurement with explicit depictions of blood.

Language Explicit or offensive language, including profanity and slurs.

Nudity Complete undress, exposing private parts.

Partial Nudity Partially undressed, revealing sensitive areas without complete nudity.

Other Gore Less graphic gore (technological dismemberment, food/candy gore).

Sexual Intercourse Explicit sexual acts or penetration.

Substance Abuse Depiction of drug or alcohol use.

Sexually Suggestive Non-explicit sexual content: provocative poses, implied nudity, lingerie.

Violence Acts of physical force intended to cause harm, injury, or damage.

2 Prohibited Content

While the site is flexible on allowed content, some things are not tolerated. These guidelines keep our members safe.

2.1 - Photographic Sexual Content

Photographic content containing explicit sexual themes besides artistic nudity is not permitted:

Masturbation
Sexual Intercourse
Use or display of sex toys
Erections and sexual body fluids
Groping or explicit gestures
Fetish behaviour or activity

Basically: Photographic sexual content that is NOT artistic nudity is not allowed.

2.2 - Sexual Content Involving Minors

Content depicting minors in erotic or sexual situations is strictly prohibited. Exception: non-sexual depictions of birth and breastfeeding.

Zero tolerance: Submissions depicting minors in erotic themes is prohibited.

2.3 - Graphic Violence and Sensitive Media

Gory photographic images relating to death, serious injury, violence or surgical procedures are prohibited:

Bodily harm
Torture
Mutilation
Gruesome accident scenes
Corpses in any stage of decomposition

2.4 - Racist/Derogatory Content

Submissions with the purpose of being racist or derogatory are not permitted. Content that harasses, threatens, bullies or exploits other members is not permitted.

Basically: Bee good towards other members!

2.5 - Content Not Made By You

Submissions not made by you must have permission from the original copyright holder and credit to the artist, unless fair use applies. For more on fair use, check our copyright policy.

2.6 - Photosensitive Content

Submissions including images, animations, and modelwork that can be seizure inducing or purposely created to be seizure inducing are prohibited.

2.7 - Traced or Stolen Content

Submitting work that is traced, recolored or stolen from other uploaded content is not permitted. This does not apply to free-to-use bases made for this purpose.

2.8 - Music / Audio

Submissions involving audio created to be disruptive (screeching, intentionally loud, high pitched sounds) are prohibited.

2.9 - Non-Artistic Content

Submissions that lack artistic merit will be removed:

Text only image submissions
Heavily blurred unrecognizable images
AI Generated submissions
Submissions with no content (empty/transparent)
Written submissions lacking artistic merit
