Terms of Service

Please research my art/style and know my strengths and weaknesses before commissioning me. Just because I will draw something, does not mean I am extremely experienced in that particular field, it might not come out as refined as something that I do have a lot of experience with What I Will Draw Violence, blood, gore, (can be realistic or candy/pastel) Furries, humans, robots/cyborgs/mechanical, any type of armor, mlp, Pokemon, (any cartoon character), any kind of body type, chibi style SFW sexual or sexually suggestive characters, outfits, poses, scenarios, and some kinks/fetishes (ask me about them first) The character must be 18 or older to be drawn in this way (if I find out that you lied about the characters age you will be blocked and reported) You must also be 18 or older to commission this type of art from me, if I find out that you lied about your age you will be blocked and reported What I Will Not Draw Anything political including public figures, quotes/speech, symbols, or groups Anything religious, including public figures, quotes/speech, characters (angel/demon characters are fine as long as they are in no way attached to any form of religion and are purely fiction/fantasy), groups, clothing and symbols (this also includes anything that could be considered spiritual even if its not necessarily attached to any form of religion) Anything hateful towards a person, group of people, country, or organisation (no matter who they are) Characters engaging in self harm, rape/sexual harassment or abuse Anything NSFW including visible genitals, nipples on breasts (no matter the gender of the character), anuses, or any type of scenarios where these parts would have to be fully visible (foreplay, intercourse, blowjobs, etc) If you would like a NSFW commission please click the link in the home page that will redirect you to my NSFW commission prices and info Underage characters or "Littles" wearing underwear or diapers The Pokemon Greninja in any way, shape or form There will be no exceptions to these rules, they are non negotiable and I will not tolerate arguing against them. Even if your commission request lines up perfectly with these rules I still have the right to refuse service to anyone! Before I will take your commission you must read these terms and conditions and let me know that you have read them, understand them, and that you accept them. After that all of the following will apply You agree with and will follow my Will Draw/Will Not Draw rules with no arguments or complaints You agree with and will follow my payment conditions with no arguments or complaints You will not act rude towards me and will maintain a level of professionalism while commissioning me Failure to met any of those above conditions and you will be blocked I have the right to refuse service to anyone No refunds You must provide an image reference for me to work from, I will refuse to work from a written description alone. I will accept almost any type of reference including, NSFW, an AI generated image, a Ms Paint drawing you did or a sketch on paper that you took a picture of (they don't have to be good, just something clear enough so I can get an general idea), or even images you've found on the internet that together can show a general idea of what you want If you commission me to design a character from scratch that artwork will include a small water mark that says "Character design by The Great Lucario" meaning while I do not own the character I was the one who created them If you are commissioning an oc it must belong to you or you must have explicit consent from the owner that you are allowed to commission art with them and provide me with a way to contact the oc's owner, even if the art is a surprise gift. If you lie about the ownership of an oc you will be blocked and the original owner will be contacted While completing your art can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of the commission and my day to day life, I will never promise that I can finish your commission before a set date, I suggest if you want your art before a certain date to commission me at least a month in advance Work will not start on your commission until you have payed me the complete payment price If at any time during the commission process I find out that you are/were an art thief or have scammed any artist with in the past 5 years, you will be blocked You will not receive a physical copy of your commission, only digital If you scam me you will be blocked, reported and screen shots of our conversation, your username and email will be taken as evidence and may or may not be shared in order to prevent you from doing it again Once I give you the commission it is yours and you can post it were ever you like (credit for the work would be highly appreciated) While I will not claim to own the character in the commission, I have the right to post the artwork where ever I like, examples being on websites like this, in videos, on social media, or in my portfolio. Don't worry, your commission will not be in any way resold to make money, but may be used in my own advertisement/self promotion I will ask you before I post your art publicly if you want me to say it was commissioned by you, or if you would like to remain anonymous. If you would like to remain anonymous that is fine, but your artwork will still be posted publicly by me regardless, and information about its cost may be shared. You may not edit, draw over, erase, crop out anything on the commission, or put it through an AI generator of any kind and post it You can not claim that you are the creator of the commission You may not sell the commission or use it for any type of monetary value (this does not apply if you are selling/trading the character as long as it is being sold with multiple other artists work) Failure to met any of those above conditions and you will be blocked, reported and legal actions may or may not be charged against you
